You can't talk yourself out of low self-esteem. No matter how many compliments we get, negative self-talk drags us down. Self-sabotaging thoughts and habits stem from deep-rooted emotional wounds, mental traumas, and negative beliefs about oneself. By practicing self-love, you can begin to explore and understand these underlying causes. Self-love involves treating yourself with kindness, compassion, and acceptance. 

 

In this workshop you'll receive tools that will enable you to heal emotional wounds.  Discover how to deal with stress and anger and focus instead on your own strengths and assets. Experience the transformative power of self-love.
